Multicultural Marketing
Each year, Stagwell activates across its global network to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in a way that uplifts voices, honors culture, and sparks conversation. The goal was to create engaging programming that resonated internally while extending outward into the industry and communities.
Approach
As part of TEAM and the DEI council, I led the creation of digital-first campaigns and activations designed to educate, connect, and celebrate. Our work was featured in The Drum alongside other top agencies’ efforts in both 2023 and 2024, spotlighting Stagwell’s commitment to multicultural marketing.
Execution
2023: Produced Sobre Mesa, a digital content series amplifying Hispanic perspectives; coordinated NYC and virtual HHM events across agency partners
2024: Expanded programming to include a cooking class with Eddie Zamora (The Yum Yum Foodie) and a Miami-based happy hour, alongside digital content including playlists, educational features, and storytelling assets
Built toolkits and social content to extend across the Stagwell network and partner agencies
